Software Disclaimer and Improvement Policy 

AssetTrail is proud to introduce its newly developed software solution, designed to support small and medium-sized enterprises in managing their Property, Plant, and Equipment with ease and compliance. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the software through rigorous internal testing and practical implementation, users are advised that: 

  • 🛠️ Disclaimer of Liability: AssetTrail, its developers, and affiliated parties shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies discovered within the software. As this is a newly launched product, ongoing refinements and enhancements are part of our commitment to continuous improvement. 
  • 📩 Reporting Issues: We kindly request that any errors—whether material or immaterial—be reported to our support team at info@assettrail.co.za. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us identify and resolve issues swiftly. 
  • 💡 Suggestions & Enhancements: We welcome all suggestions for improvement. Enhancements will be assessed and prioritised based on overall demand and impact. Where feasible, updates will be rolled out as part of our regular development cycle. 
  • 🎯 Custom Development: For clients requiring highly specific functionality tailored to niche markets or unique operational needs, AssetTrail offers bespoke development services. These can be quoted separately and delivered in a time- and cost-effective manner, ensuring alignment with your business objectives.

Licence fees and subscription pricing

AssetTrail subscription packages and monthly licence fees are published on the main Pricing page. The Pricing page is the current reference for package pricing, asset limits, trial terms and any applicable subscription options.

If pricing information elsewhere on the website differs from the Pricing page, the Pricing page will apply unless AssetTrail has agreed different written terms with a customer.

 

Fair usage policy
Additional data charges may apply for larger companies with significant data use.

The system is designed to be user friendly and users with a basic understanding of registers will become self-sufficient in a short space of time. You will thank us later!
